Good news travels fast, so you may have already heard that Governor Kelly announced on Thursday that salons can reopen on Monday, May 18th! In a press conference this afternoon, she said that salons are probably better prepared than most businesses to reopen since we already follow strict sanitation regulations.

We’ve studied best practices for our industry and are taking all the precautions we can to create a safe environment for our team and guests. We’ll be doing all we can to give you great hair and customer service. We ask for your patience and flexibility as we figure out day by day how to give you the best experience under the circumstances.

There are a few things we need you to do to help us:

• Masks that loop over the ears are required for staff and guests. If you don’t have a mask, we have fabric masks with our logo and disposable masks available for purchase.
• Check-in for your appointment from your car by calling us at 316-267-8000 to let us know you’ve arrived. Only people with appointments are allowed in the salon
• When you come into the salon, we will do a temperature check and ask you to sanitize your hands.
• You will be required to sign a COVID-19 waiver to receive services.
• Beverages will not be available. You are welcome to bring your own.
• Of course, if you’ve been exposed to COVID-19 or have symptoms, please call to reschedule.

We will continue to take your orders for Aveda products over the phone and get them ready for curbside pick-up.
