What’s the Plan?

When we closed temporarily on March 21st, we were hoping that it would only be for a couple of weeks. Since then, stay-at-home directives have been issued statewide until May 3rd and in Sedgwick county until April 24th. Of course, these directives may be extended.

• We are working now to contact everyone who had an appointment scheduled with us while we’ve been closed and through the end of April. We’re giving these guests the chance to reschedule their appointments first.
• Once we’ve honored the appointments that are already scheduled, we’ll be able to book new appointments. (You’ll be the first to know. We’ll send out an email as soon as we can open our books.)
• Our stylists’ schedules will be slightly different when we reopen. To help us to create safe distancing, our stylists will work in shifts so less people are in the salon at one time.
• Before we reopen, we’re hiring a company to completely disinfect the salon. This unscented disinfectant “bomb” will spray the germs away more thoroughly than wiping down hard surfaces.
• We’ll continue to practice common sense precautions for as long as we must to keep everyone safe.
